Regardless of the project type, every build starts the same way — with proper planning. It’s what protects you from the budget blowouts, variations, and communication breakdowns that make building stressful. We don’t skip that step.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
We cover your block, brief, and budget. Preliminary drawings, architect shortlist, and a proper budget qualification so everything is aligned before you commit.
DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
This stage includes full design development, thorough documentation and detailed budgeting – all completed before construction begins. Selections are pre-chosen to avoid unnecessary budget creep.
BUILD & HANDOVER
Our team manages every stage of the build – trades, schedule, quality control. You’ll have a clear point of contact throughout who knows your project inside and out.
Why do we charge for pre-construction? Because free quotes lead to blowouts. The planning work has to happen somewhere — we’d rather do it properly upfront than have it show up as variations mid-build.
