JMAR Building Co. is a Hawkesbury-based builder specialising in custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, and significant renovations. We work with homeowners who are ready to build something that really fits their block, their lifestyle and their future.

BORN LOCAL, STAYED LOCAL.

Jayden started JMAR because he wanted to build properly – not to a formula, and not without being personally accountable to every client. He grew up in the Hawkesbury and has been building here ever since.

That local knowledge matters. He knows the blocks, the councils, the subcontractors worth calling, and the ones not to. When you build with JMAR, Jayden isn’t handing you off to a project manager you’ve never met. He’s the person who shows up.

The team is tight knit and held to a high standard – including the trusted network of subcontractors across every trade. It stays that way because quality control only works when you’re actually paying attention.

WHY WE CHARGE A PRE-CONSTRUCTION FEE, AND WHY IT PROTECTS YOU.

Volume builders offer free quotes. That sounds good until the variations start arriving. Our pre-construction process is a fixed, transparent fee that funds the proper planning work – so both of us know what we’re signing up for before a single slab is poured.

FIRST HOUR

Always free, no obligation

STAGE 1

$750 – Qualifying Budget Estimate (QBE). Qualifying your preliminary designs to ensure the home you’re wanting to build is the right budget and scope for you. 

STAGE 2

Refining your design – accurate documentation and planning ensuring we’re all on the same page. Inclusions, exclusions, which items are provisional sums and what is a fixed price. 

STAGE 3

Once the contract figure is agreed on, we move onto choosing all of your selections and the project fee proposal – everything clear to both parties from day 1.
